Sanitation (cleaning) habit mean: always maintain cleaning without make dirty/rubbish/mess to own/other body part/under wearing, own/other/public thing, own/other/public/natural environment etc. Definition of sanitation for own/other body part/under wearing: clearly mean we must always maintain cleaning to every individual body part like leg/hand/face/mouth/any drain organ(ear, urethra, nose, eye, excretory) etc. or anything are under wearing by us like: cloth, underwear, shoe, watch, bag, hat etc. if notice appear dirty, then we must instantly clean it(mostly using water) or try to change another under wearing if possible, only that we will feel convenience/healthy always……….beside sanitation for own, we also must always make sure every manner/movement we doing will not bring dirty to other body part/under wearing, if we make dirty to other body part/under wearing, we must request for forgiveness and take responsibility to clean their body part/under wearing if get approval (can’t simply clean other body part/under wearing without approval because it like no polite)!!! Definition of sanitation for own/other/public thing: clearly mean we must always maintain cleaning without make dirty/mess(without order/not neat) to anything belonging to own/other/public, by make sure all those thing is on their original stated/condition, don’t simply make mess/dirty, those thing is like: electronic device, bag, shoe, cloth, table-chair, cooking tools, food, book/paper, furniture, dinner set etc……. if we make dirty/mess it, then we must automatic/instantly take responsibility to clean it up back to original condition……… if after our behavior, those thing is damage/malfunction/can’t use already or maybe inconvenience to use , then we must request for forgiveness or giving compensation if the thing Is belong to other …….. ---------------------------26.57 Definition of sanitation for own/other/public/natural environment: clearly mean we must always maintain cleaning by without make dirty/mess/rubbish to own/other/public/natural environment, those place is like: sleeping room, living room, toilet, garden, roadside, forest, religion temple place, company, shopping center, any natural/man-made landscape, any public place etc……………..how to do that? Everyone just remember: must throw any rubbish to rubbish bin/collection place and make sure all the thing is on their original stated/condition, don’t simply make mess/dirty/create rubbish/damage/destroy………. Disadvantage if without sanitation habits: make own/other easily get sick, harm body healthy (organ can’t function normally), make own/other always feel not convenience in mind(odor smell, dirty substance, ugly view etc.), appear pain/disease on certain body part, bring dirty/rubbish/mess to anything we touch/contact, wasting money (something after dirty, it damage/malfunction/can’t use already or maybe inconvenience to use etc. and need buy new one/need money to undergo recovery), culture bacteria and appear disease (especially food rubbish throw everywhere), make accident which can cause injury or even fatal (someone throw sharp nail on floor and cause someone injury after step on it, someone throw an rubbish from high building and hit someone head until die, an rubbish on middle of road cause heavily car accident etc.), will destroy natural/man-made landscape beauty , make other living being (plant, animal) hard to life/survive normally in earth etc.………………. Finally yidam advice everyone please learn/action/cultivate to having sanitation (cleaning) habits whole of our life, and this habits not only just apply for individual but also for other/public/natural belonging (body part-under wearing/thing/environment) ……..only that, every living being can life convenience without harm …….let mutual encourage!!!
