12th -13th November 2014 (Midnight & 5AM Prayer Session) Beloved Brethren, To run the race of life successfully, it is undoubtedly mandatory that every believer in Christ is mindful that we follow the model and patern of our Lord Jesus Christ, who walk the earth in His time operating in the supernatural by the divine power of God as the scriptures rightly states “How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him” (Acts 10:38) . Jesus showed us the pathway to walking in supernatural through obedience to every mandate of Gods word “Then Jesus arrived from Galilee at the Jordan coming to John, to be baptized by him. John tried to prevent Him, saying, “I have need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?” But Jesus answering said to him, “Permit it at this time; for in this way it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness.” Then he permitted Him. After being baptized, Jesus came up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove and lighting on Him, and behold, a voice out of the heavens said, “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well-pleased.” (Mat 3:13-17). He only does what He sees His father doing, having said that the “Son can do nothing of himself, but what he sees the father do” (John 5:19), He was in constant fellowship and communion with the father through prayer and he took every step knowing the mind of God. The Bible records that even prior to selecting the disciples “Jesus went up on a mountainside and called to him those he wanted, and they came to him. He appointed twelve that they might be with him and that he might send them out to preach and to have authority to drive out demons (Mark 3:13-14). As clearly stated in this text you and I have been called into followership havind said that “to [them] all, If any [man] will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me” (Luke 9:23), And whoever does not bear his cross and come after Me cannot be My disciple”(Luke 14:27). Jesus fellowshipped with the father, hence He could said “my Father has been working until now, and I have been working.”(John 5:17), so it s expected that you and I continued daily in fellowship with Christ in order that He might empower and enable us to produce the fruits that advances the kingdom of Heaven on earth by operating in the Supernatural Power of God, and experiencing signs and wonders on a daily basis as the Lord confirm his word in and through us as He did through the hands of the Apostles(John 15:1-16, Acts 5:12) . Beloved, It is my prayer that as you join the believers around the world in praying through and sharing the following prayer sessions, you will once again follow the pathway to supernatural empowerment through absolute fellowship with God and fellowship with Christ and the word of God through prayer.
