Drink before meal. Herbal tea (Morning) • 1 teabag • 1 star anis (Anis etoilé) • A piece of ginger Bring water to a boil in 1 glass of water for 15 minutes. Herbal tea (Evening) • 1 camomille teabag • 2 cardamom pods (Elaiti) • A few fennel seeds (Gros l’anis) Bring all to a boil in 1 cup of water for 10 minutes. Fruits: Banana Perfume: Lemon (Use incense sticks, candles or boil to spread the perfume in the house) Taste of the day- (The taste of the day has a soothing effect on both the digestive system and the mind) Today’s taste is: Peel ½ an orange and ½ a lemon. Chop the flesh, mix both and eat. Recipe: Friday curry day • Soup- Rassam • Dhal and brinjal with curry powder • Grated banana curry • Potato curry • Green beans curry (Curry d’haricot tane) • Pumpkin and mustard seeds curry • Cucumber salad • Sago and applon.
