12th sunday in ordinary time year C. Readings: Zech. 12:10-11;13:1, Galatians 3:26-29, Luke 9:18-24. Theme of the sunday: Who is Jesus? From the time of the apostles, people have expressed their opinions about jesus. Who is He really for the people of our time and for our communities: the Messiah or one of the prophets? The question is not out of place because many christians do not yet understand who He really is. The gospel shows the way of the true messiah. He gives his life for all people. To really believe that jesus is the Messiah is to follow him along this way of self-giving. The first reading tells us about a man who was killed; Only after his death did people realise that he was a just man. This is a prophecy of what was to happen to jesus. The second reading invites us, through the image of clothes, to put on love. I want to ask u today, who do uuu say dat Jesus is? Remain Bless good people of God and happy sunday to u all.
