12yr old AQHA Designers Timex, will be 13 this April. “ Murphy” is a 16.1h Chestnut gelding. I bought him at the Eugene auction this past August with the intentions of using him for a trail horse and pleasure riding, and since then we have not clicked at all. He has Dash for Cash on his topside, Impressive on the bottom. He had the blood panel done for HYPP and is N/N. He is a safe horse, just needing some kinks worked out. He has never offered to buck or kick under saddle, and only once bucked on the lunge line when I brought him home from the auction. He picks up a trot just fine, his lope needs work though. He has a goofy personality, loves to roll, he does fine with other horses, kind of like a giant puppy dog and is more of the low man on the totem pole in a heard. He takes the bit fine, grumpy when tightening the cinch at times, I believe he just needs to find his person along with a tune up. Located in Oregon City, Or. I’m asking $1,750obo for him.
