13/8/2014. Jay Shri Krishna As Lord Krishna’s birthday falls in this month we are exploiting that chance to offer Him our wordly flowers. Krishna is a puzzle, secret. Krishna is a life. And life is always puzzle, secret. Krishna is not to be understood, but to be lived. But the society has not yet become contemporary with the life of Krishna. He is yet at least one thousand years earlier to the present day society. Though Krishna happened some five thousand years back, yet we have not grown to the life that Krishna lived. The world will still take at least one thousand years to be contemporary of Lord Krishna. That is the reason that our temperament fails to understand Him. What is human temperament? Human temperament is when you fail to understand an entity, either you criticize or you start worshiping Him. Same way when people were not able to criticize the Krishna, as He was so great an entity, so they started inadvertently worshiping Him. Krishna is life, in the sense, as life consists of, good-bad, happiness-distress, day-night, birth-death, likes-dislikes, take-give, and you have to accept them all, Krishna embraced both the ends together. When you accept both the polarities, then only it is life, otherwise it is not a life but an episode. Krishna accepted the dualities, the polarities, the dichotomies. He accepted them whole heartedly. Nowhere he looks awkward while accepting these polarities. It looks very simple and natural phenomenon when He accepts the dualities. His beauty increases when He stoops and accepts the polarities. Worshiping Krishna means accepting Krishna as a whole, not in pieces, not in fragments. Worshiping Krishna means not only not opposing Krishna’s philosophy but practicing it in life. Worshiping Krishna means living Krishna, imbibing Krishna. The philosophy of Krishna is He recognises the individual as His eternal fragmental part. Krishna says: ममैवांशो जीवलोके । (mameivansho jivaloke) Gita 15/7. Let me clear that, eternal fragmental part of Krishna is not the least less than Him. Again Krishna says उपद्रष्टानुमन्ता च भताॅ भोक्ता महेश्वर:। परमात्मेति चाप्युक्तो देहेसअस्मिन्पुरुष: पर:।। Gita-13/22. Yet in this body there is another transcendental enjoyer, who is the lord, the Supreme Proprietor, who exists as a witness, permitter, and who is known as the Parmaatma. So Krishna’s philosophy is to recognise all individual souls as Parmaatma, as Himself. Worshiping Krishna means you accept and recognise your inner being as Krishna. There may be vested interests who may portray you as a very sinful and virtue less individuals, because they don’t care for Krishna’s preachings and they have no fear of Him. If you are portrayed sinful, then only they will look sacred, then only their line will look longer. But Krishna in Gita recognises you as Parmaatma. Now it is up to you whom to believe, Krishna or the vested interests? The true worship of Krishna is you imbibe His gospel in life. The true worship of Krishna is to live Krishna in life. Krishna is not a part time phenomenon that you worship Him 10-15 minutes in the morning and then Krishna goes on His way and you on your own way, till the next morning. Krishna is to be lived minute to minute in the life. That will be true following of Krishna. But this unrecognized worshiping of Krishna will continue as long as the society has not become contemporary of Him. When in true sense the society succeeds in understanding Lord Krishna, they will start living Him, but society will take at least one thousand years becoming contemporaneous to Lord Krishna. The first step to become contemporary is to become free from the shackles of slavery. Your roaming outside for inner solution is your slavery. As long as a person is roaming outwardly to find an instrument from outside for his or her individual development, he is slave, and there remains no chances whatsoever for his freedom. When person has become so blind that he starts believing that his or her freedom is a curse, and as long as believe that they will sell killed lambs and goats, but will not think of freedom, nothing on earth can help such individuals attain spiritual heights. Hell or Swarga or any other Loka is not in the sky, but it is there where people with such thinking pattern live. Hell, Paradise or any other Loka, which these people have built up on their own are here and not in the sky, because they are manmade and man cannot build them there above in the sky. God is not free and it is none of His business to build such Lokas. People build these Lokas as per their fantasy and they live in them or reserve seat for them. Krishna is far away from such narrow-mindedness. So awake arise and rest not till you understand Krishna and start living Him in life. That is the Krishna worshiping, none else. May God bless you.
