13 days Left until Masters 1st session-Speed squats/ reverse band axle ( missed 425-3x... Would have been a new Pr).. Speed yoke and heavy chins.... 2nd session- pause squats, light front carry, tons of reverse hyper... Speed axle press/ rows and DB incline.... And this dead.... Started speed... It was fast... Hit a few circa max-thus weight for 1 rep..... Put the new single ply Metal King Squatter ( Thanks Jo Jordan!) 775x10 with plenty left...... 2sessions Weds/ 2 Friday/ 1 Sat/ final session next Tues..... I feel like chewed up bubble gum, but with 4 hard trainings left how else should I feel.....I want to win so bad I can taste it- nothing fuels like 2nd place-2x!
