13 days ago I was diagnosed with an enlarged heart, rapid heart beat and A-Fib, my heart was working at only 25% capacity also I had so much fluid in my heart and lungs I was also diagnosed congestive heart failure. (wanted to make sure I was out of the woods before I mentioned that) Yesterday 12 days after starting on the meds and an all organic diet and down 17lbs from 11 days ago. I saw my cardiologist yesterday he told Rehannon Jackson and I YOU KNOW YOU WERE IN PRETTY BAD SHAPE WHEN YOU CAME IN HERE after the EKG and exam yesterday I was completely cleared to go to the gym and lift & do cardio no physical restrictions, I was told about the importance of my diet. Today I did 28 minutes of cardio never winded then lifted. I had hundreds of people praying for me and sending me healing vibes, Someone i know and love said, With your attitude I had no doubt you bounce back, Thanks to my mother who taught me HUGE 2 things, I could do anything I wanted to do, and always find the silver lining on even the darkest cloud. Thanks Mom I know you were watching me and probably saving me from up there. DO YOU BELIEVE IN MIRACLES ??? I DO CAUSE I AM ONE.
