13 year, 13 years and for some people it still feels like yesterday. If you dont think today should be a day to remember think about this. 9/11 didnt just affect the thousands of people who lost their lives that day. No there are people who everyday are fighting cancer and other diseases because of that day. Many of our bravest men and women who were called to action to help with rescue and other operations who never thought twice are the ones who still fight today. We need to be grateful for these people. So today if you dont know someone who was affected by the tragedy ask around. If you find someone who was affected listen to their story and what they are willing to share. It was a dark day for our nation, but it was also a day that we showed some of our best and brightest colors. I will leave you with this many generations have that I remember where I was when moment. For me I can tell you exactly where I was when it happened and many of the moment of that day. Today I am blessed to know I didnt lose family 13 years ago today, but sadden that I know so many people who did. God Bless all of you today
