13 years I got back on the platform and under the bar!!!!! Overall the quick...im in one piece, feel good, and know there is a lot more in the tank. This is part 1 of my review of the meet and what led into it. There are some articles that will be built off of the review, but I want to make sure I give all the info fast and so people know how important the powerrackstrength team is!!!!!! IT was a successful meat and excited for the next step. I know what the mistakes were, i know I can fix them, and I know I left a LOT of weight out there...BUT thats how you learn. I cant let it all get too far out there, just make some fixes and all good to go.
