13 years ago my son began to foster this little 5 year old boy from the Philippines. When he died I took up the monthly payments. This morning in the mail I received a letter saying that the little boy, Joshua P. turned 18 and is no longer on the list for needy children. Look at the fine young man he grew in to!!!! Of course we will continue to correspond, Ive watched him grow for 13 years, and I will decide when he no longer needs me, not the corporation who collects the money. Joshua, my foster son, Im so proud of how far he has come !
