13 years ago on this very day I, in complete shock, fled my office after seeing the World Trade Center attacked. I worked on Wall Street and Broadway, and our building shook after the explosion. Once my colleagues and I, with no idea what was happening other than we needed to escape, made it to the Brooklyn Bridge, something happened that will be forever engrained in my mind. We felt a rumble, and turned in horror to watch the first tower collapse before our eyes. It was almost as if time stood still. I was forever changed that day, and I made the commitment that Id dedicate my life to making the world a better place, where LOVE is the answer, not hate. And long story short, I left that corporate job and became a coach and teacher. My heart and love and prayers go out to all of the victims, their families and those who still suffer the great loss that day. May we never forget that PEACE is the solution, and keep moving forward to help our planet and the hearts of everyone on it to heal. I love you NYC!
