Hwasin has several meanings, including God of Tuesday and God of Talk but note, it is not a variety show, it’s a talk show along the lines of Beatle’s Code and Strong Heart. The show is MC’d by Shin Dong Yup, Kim Hee Sun, and Yoon Jong Shin and Kim Gu Ra. Kim Gu Ra is known to be pretty intense and doesn’t hold punches. In fact, recently the format changed to even more of a talk show focusing on people with corners added to emphasize life of people. A Line of Strength is a corner where guests bring a line (a meaningful saying or phrase) to explore ways of overcoming difficulties and hardships in life.
