131st workout this afternoon. It was excellent. Bike one hour and 10 minutes. Strength training about two hours. Increased weight on two machines. Moved thru the routine with more strength and speed than Ive had in at least a week, maybe more. It was killer. Elliptical trainer for one hour covered 3.72 miles and burned 519 calories. Heart rate peaked around 140 since I was pacing myself to go long distance. Post workout weight was 178.8 lbs. , down just over a pound from last Wednesday. Im glad I took an extra recoup day on Friday. There were very few people at the gym today which was great! Also a good movie in the cardio theater, hence the two hours and 10 minutes total cardio time. An excellent workout, weight came down a little over a pound. I wish every workout could be like todays most excellent workout. Later.
