133a 03/06 | Wet Times Ahead!! Good evening, Tidewater! Currently, we have Clear skies with temperatures in the low to mid 30s. Thursday will bring Cloudy skies with a chance of isolated rain showers in the afternoon in the coastal communities. TONIGHT: Mostly Cloudy skies. Lows will range from the mid 20s to the low 30s. Winds will be from the North and Northeast at 10 to 15 mph. Wind Chills could be as low as the teens. THURSDAY: Cloudy skies with a chance of isolated rain showers in the afternoon in the coastal communities. Highs will be in the low to mid 40s. Winds will be from the Northeast at 10 to 25 mph with gusts as high as 35 mph possible in the coastal communities. Wind Chills could be as low as the 20s. THURSDAY NIGHT: Cloudy skies with a chance of rain showers. Lows will be in the upper 30s to low 40s. Winds will be from the Northeast at 15 to 20 mph with gusts as high as 30 mph possible in the coastal communities. Wind Chills could be as low as the 20s. Rainfall amounts could range from less than 0.10 inches to 0.25 inches. LOOKING AHEAD: Friday through the early morning hours of Saturday is looking wet across the region as an area of low pressure moves up along the Southeast coast. Rainfall amounts should be between 0.25-0.50 inches through this period. As the low pressure pulls away, we should have sunny skies throughout the region on Saturday with warmer temperatures. Highs on Friday will range from the upper 40s to the low 50s with highs on Saturday in the upper 50s to low 60s. Lows on Friday Night will be in the upper 30s to low 40s.
