14/11/2014 For me, every day of my life here is trial and error. I tried something new, then wait what result will be. If it is good, Ill try to find another which is better. If its bad, I absolutely wont do/take it again. It also happens when I took bus for my transportation. Translink Bus. There are too many number codes that represent routes which I need to look on it one by one whenever I wanna go somewhere by bus. Particularly when I went for my voluntary works. Small station is uncounted on the route list. For a new comer such me, it confused me a lot. I got the route for one transit, thats good. Then I tried to find one straight bus, but I got two times transit. It worse, I wont do that again. Even the route I used to go is different when I take the same bus to get back. No existance of routes inside the bus made me missed how TransJakarta give me such good service. Yesterday is my second day in Yeronga State High School as a teacher aide volunteer. I am glad that no mathematics classes after 1 PM. I went out the school and wait the bus on small bus station. No more than 5 minutes I got 105 Bus, City Garden, is this bus heading to City Garden? Yes it is, the driver said. I just wondered why this bus is not working on the same path when it goes and back. As my nearest station is Garden City, it will be better for me to wait till the end of station by having some sleeping time in the bus. I woke up several times and see the bus is still going and no sign shows the bus will just stop around there. I continue my sleeping. After maybe a half hour sleep, I woke up again. I saw my surronding, there is no one sitting at the seats, no driver, locked door, there is like zoo and some animals outside. I suddenly got confused. Am I dreaming? No am not. It is real. After some observations, I sit on my seat again and wait what will happen to me. Then the driver is coming. Oh God. This is real. She in and I run to her. Is this bus heading to Garden City? Oh no, it is not. Loh, you said before? No, I said City Garden, not Garden City. Arghhhhh God, so Garden City and City Garden are different? Then I took the wrong bus? Yes you did. I even did not notice there still a man inside my bus. Okay I will just take you to cultural station then you can just continue your way by taking bus to Garden City. Is that okay? Yes it is. Thanks anyway. I laugh on myself. What a funny. Okay, todays trial to get a straight bus is failed and error. I got it. I wont do it again. On my way back home, I just thought how this life is always teaching me how to be grateful about what we have right now. When Jakarta has its public transportation, I never be grateful of it, I often just mad on it, now Thanks Pemprov DKI Jakarta for providing us with very easy and cheap transportation. Thank you. Grateful is a key for me to get my happiness in my every condition. No matter when I seemed to have nothing, there will always something I can be grateful for. One of them, thanks God for giving me a strong and health body now I am grateful for everything I have. ;)
