If youre wanting to make positive changes in your nutrition and overall health, start with one habit and work on that until you have a replaced that habit with a healthier behavior. Personally, that is exactly what I did! I started with eliminating high fructose corn sugar. Then aspartame. Then processed foods. Then going GMO free and organic.
