As a new believer be aware that many are falling away from the Faith. 1) The Scriptures of God no longer convicts you. 2) Your own conscience no longer convicts you when you do wrong. (You have become numb to the things that concern God.) 3) Starts losing the ability to discern from right and wrong. 4) Starts calling GOOD evil and EVIL good. 5) Have ignored the voice of God so long that the Holy Spirit is on mute in your life. 6) The Word of God is no longer the final authority in your life. It has lost its value in your life. You do what you feel is right vs. what Gods word says is right. 7) Starts to believe a lie as the truth and walks in strong deception. 8) Starts making excuses for the way you are. 9) The desire or strive to please God is no longer there. You only strive to do those things that please yourself. 10) Get nauseated at the taste of sound doctrine. Cannot stomach down truth so one would prefer fables. 11) You are un-correctable, anyone who challenges you to grow in the things of God, you see as an enemy. 12) Has the itching ear syndrome, only wants to hear those things that tickles the flesh and emotions. 13) You have established your own righteousness. In your own eyes youre o.k. You have become blind to your own short-comings that offend God. You measure yourself by the failure of others instead of the Word of God. 14) Even if you do see and recognize these signs in your life, you dont care. You have a Oh Well attitude about life. No sense of urgency to change. THE OLE FOLK USE TO SING A SONG I GOT WORRIED ABOUT MY SOUL BUT NOW PEOPLE DONT CARE.
