14 kit kat bites and 2 mini reese cups for pre workout, dont mind if I do. :) WHAT?! Thats not healthy but it keeps me sane and following a lifestyle not a diet full of restrictions! I totally believe what makes people fat is over consumption and not knowing what a portion size looks like. So I can still drop weight/inches eating dirty food but I dont binge on it. Its called flexible dieting which has changed my mind, body and life. I can teach u how to live a lifestyle not a diet. :)
