14 years ago I read the wisdom of a Buddhist munk thru a authors words. He met this teacher that suddenly clapped his hands hard one time in the middle of the authors sentence. During three sessions under three days he did the same thing. The fourth day the author was discouraged. He would never come to explain his question to this crazy but brilliant munk. So this last time, he never started to tell his story he just asked why do you distract me and clap your hands and then just fall into meditation again? The munk smiled and said: I hear you very well but I can not talk to anyone that is sleeping! Now, it took me more than a decade to figure this out. I will share my findings with you. Presence! Talk and think not of what has been that you can not change, that you did not like, that works like a blockade to your energy flow, to your happiness, to your future. Future are built with rocks, with solid trust worthy material, with faith, with happiness. Never with sand, with regret caught in dreams of what has past. Be present, be happy for what you built so far and keep building with love, enthusiasm, courage and keep passing that negative dream spiral.
