14 years since we started our venture into the restaurant business in a tiny 300 sq ft room that once used to be a fruit store, with a meagre staff of 4 at where Pink City now stands on 3rd November 2000. I remember we used to enjoy just being there , making new friends each day. We have seen young couples come to Time Out , who are now married with children. Time Out is not just about business; it is about economic empowerment of the under privileged Building of independence, confidence and courage. It is about watching our team grow ten fold , not just in number but in capacity knowledge and capability- I call this Business that brings about social change!
