This is a frequent combination hence for example is it possible that all children born in the world during two hours per day (in Leo ascendant) between 22-11-2007 to 28-4-2008 (means during 5 months) when Jupiter was in Sagittarius sign and Mars was seventh from Jupiter and in Gemini sign may belongs to Royal family and all will be ruler.
