And im insisting that they rent a bigger office than they suggested, as I want to push those guys real hard to expand their team ASAP. I want to get that Polish group up to 15-20 members ASAP (90% programming, 10% support staff, maybe a HR guy) ... And I would imagine that programming unit will quickly turn into its own paper subsidiary business. Whereby MTV will basiaclly profit by selling programming hours to itself... and that will pave the way for the programming unit/business to accept 3rd party clients as well. However, there is absolutely no rush / need for that. Its actually contrary to our current problem, seeing as MTV is flush with cash, and lack of productivity is the thing thats costing us the most money! As soon as that office is setup, well show you a bunch of photos, as its in a real nice / brand new technology park... And im asking the programmers whether we can setup some sort of webcam stream, to somewhat show you an overview of the work going on behind the scenes at My Traffic Value. I am picturing a webcam up high, pointing at a big physical banner for My Traffic Value then underneath you have an almost birds eye view of the programmers at their workstations / the hustle and busle of the programming office.... But lets see if thats workable / not a huge invasion of privacy... But if we can find some solution - thatd be awesome! Itd create a physical presence / view for our otherwise virtual business. I think thered be a lot of value in that. Ill talk more about some ideas / plans / thoughts with tomorrows daily news. Let me catch up with everything first, and then ill post my ideas regarding how we use each dollar invested (to restructure the plans a little bit).. And generally talk about debt, sustainability and all the rest of it!
