"15“Beware of the false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravenous wolves.16“You will know them by their fruits. Grapes are not gathered from thorn bushes nor figs from thistles, are they?17“So every good tree bears good fruit, but the bad tree bears bad fruit.18“A good tree cannot produce bad fruit, nor can a bad tree produce good fruit.19“Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.20“So then, you will know them by their fruits." Matthew 7:15-20 Wolves seek to devour the sheep, wolves use the sheep for what they can gain from them, wolves take advantage of the sheep, and wolves have no regard for the sheep or the shepherd in the process. The wolves are only selfish and self seeking, only looking to use the sheep for what they can gain from them. Only a wolf would have such actions, and no sheep would ever do such things to another sheep. Should one who claims to be a sheep show the actions of a wolf, let there be repentance! If there is no repentance, it shows that the claim to be a sheep is nothing more than wool covering fur.
