15 Facebook Coach/Trainer Profiles You Ned To Follow. I am a bit of a strength/fitness nerd. I read everything I can get my hands on and I have for the last 20 years or more. In doing so I have become friends and also fans of some of the top fitness people in our industry. Here are 20 Facebook Fitness Profiles you need to follow. #1. Strength Sensei - Great to have Charles back (demented humor and all). Charles has been around a long time and has put out tons of amazing content over the years. His facebook profile always posts quality info with humor. #2. Jason Ferruggia - Jay is a good friend of mine and has had a huge influence on me in my training, business and life. His no-nonsense, no BS approach to training and results is simple and effective. One of the best bloggers out there as well. #3. @Dean Somerset (Dean you need a facebook page). Dean is a great friend of mine and has helped me and many of my clients when it comes to injuries and especially back pain. Great guy, and a wealth of knowledge. #4 Testosterone Nation - I have been a reader of T-Nation since 1998. It was a goal of mine to write for them and getting my first article on there was a dream come true. Great site, the best writers and enough info there to last you a lifetime. #5 John Romaniello, another friend who has helped me so much over the last few years. Dan Johns writings and teachings have changed my view on training. It was an honour to meet, train and learn from him. Proud to call him a good friend and amazing teacher. One of the best. #9. Bret Contreras (Fitness Page) - The Glute Guy, Bret is a sharp focused researched based writer with a knack for building some nice glutes. #12. Defrancos Gym - Joe is one of my favorite coaches.
