15 Generals pulled out of Nigerian Army. The former Commandant of the Nigerian Army School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, Major General Thompson Oliomogbe, Friday hailed soldiers for their contribution towards maintaining internal security, especially the battle against insurgency in the country. He made the commendation at the pulling out of 15 generals of the corps in Auchi, Edo State. Oliomogbe, who charged the younger soldiers not to take anything for granted in their career, advised them to put up their best to attain the highest level in their profession. He urged them to extend same cooperation he enjoyed from them to his successor, adding that they should also invest in learning, self-development and to acquire more skills. The ex-commandant also appealed to his retired colleagues to try and retain their credibility by promoting the ideals of the profession. He urged them to ensure that their actions reflected oneness, just like the country, though with diverse ethnic groups, was one indivisible entity. He appreciated the civilian workers for the success of the corps during his tenure. Those pulled out along with Oliomogbe were Maj.- Gen. Kefre Ekwo, Maj.-Gen.
