15 REASONS WHY I LOVE YOU, ANAK: 15) I named you KABRO after director LINO BROCKA because during the time we were conceiving you, Daddy was writing the first-ever script he ever wrote in his entire life, Ang Anak ni Brocka for the 11th Scriptwriting Workshop of your Lolo Ricky Lee. 14) Which explains why most of your Ninongs and Ninangs are fellow-workshoppers of your Daddy at the said workshop who have remained some of the best buddies and loyal friends your father ever had. 13) Your name ZACK came from your fathers then favorite band vocalist, ZACK DELA ROCHA of Rage Against The Machine. I almost named you SZACHARIAS after Zacks real name. 12) Your other name KOBE came after Daddy surmised that the Los Angeles Lakers were going to win their first-ever championship that year after the Magic Johnson era.I even almost named you SHAQKOBE but decided to stick it out with Zacks name instead. 11) I will never forget the day you came out of this world. I readily wrapped you with my Che Guevarra T-shirt which kept you warm inside your room in the hospital. They say that among my kids, it is you who looked a lot like me, which I am still trying to figure out why and how (mas Pogi pa din ako). 10) When you were a baby, you witnessed one of the tumultuous chapters in your Father and Mothers life which led you to witness... 9) You were one year old when your Father and Mother separated for eight months, the longest we had in our relationship, and I couldnt forget the day you left the door because your face was the last one I saw leaving. 8) You are also the reason why I decided to save the marriage as I felt that you and Kuya Basti were slowly slipping away from me. 7) When you came back, I felt you were looking at a stranger and it was hard for me to reintroduce myself again into your life and you were having a hard time figuring out what emotions you will show me. 6) As a kid, you always wanted to be a soldier and you always ask me to buy you toy soldiers and anything that has to do with being a soldier. Good thing you heeded my call. 5) While you were growing up, you were different from your siblings as you were a bit anti-social and introvert and only had a few number of friends (if ever you can count them as friends). 4) Which led me to buy you a drum set when you showed interest in playing one eventhough it was not a favorite instrument I wanted you to take up but would rather want to hear you play the piano. 3) I made sure I was there when you first entered a Battle of the Bands concert at your school.
