15. Summer sausage rolls 2 large skinless chicken breast 1 garlic clove, crushed 2 rashers bacon, thinly sliced handful of basil leaves, chopped 4 sun dried tomatoes chopped 375g pack ready-roll puff pastry flour for dusting 1 egg yolk beaten 25g sesame seeds (optional) Whizz the chicke and garlic in a processor until minced. Tip in the bacon and sun dried tomatoes and basil. Pulse for 5 secs to mix. Season well. Roll the pastry onto a floured surface and cut in half lengthways. Spread half of the chicken along the middle of one of the pastry strips. Cut into desire size. Heat oven to 180C, place rolls onto a large baking tray,Unrush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. *Uncooked rolls can be frozen for up to 1months. Luka
