$15 an hour, are kidding me? There are tons of jobs out there that require their workers to have a special skill set or a formal education that dont pay $15 an hour. I looked it up and a certified nursing assistant makes $10. You knew the wage before you put in the application and accepted the job. If you dont feel the wage is unfair acquire a skill set and get a better paying job or better off just quit. Someone else will take the job and be trained before the lunch rush hits.
