15 minute meal: Gluten free seafood fettuccine cook your fettuccine as per product instructions (cooking times will varying depending on if the pasta is made from corn, rice, potato or tapioca flour and starches). Heat up a frying pan with a dash of olive oil and add 200g of prawns and 200g squid. Stir in 2 cloves of chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon of dried chilli flakes, zest of a lemon and a handful of parsley with salt and pepper. When pasta is cooked mix into seafood mixture along with two dessert spoons of low fat ricotta cheese. This will give the pasta a creamy consistency without the calories.
