15 years ago, I adopted eating what is best according to my blood type as part of my wellness lifestyle. I embraced it after reading and resonating with the information in Dr. Peter Dadamos book, Eat Right 4 Your Type, a book about the evolution of blood types and the effect of certain foods on each blood type and the functioning of the body, immune, metabolism etc. Its based on research. I truly believe that adopting this as part of my wellness lifestyle has contributed positively to my overall wellness...a very noticeable difference. The book was an eyeopener for me. I especially appreciated that it traces the evolution of blood types beginning in Africa. Here is a link to the online database of various foods. It shows which foods are highly beneficial, neutral, or ones to avoid per blood type. Its a framework, not an obsession. Occasionally, I may have something that is on my avoid list...like plantains, yogurt or cucumbers. But, overall, I stick with it as my way of life because it resonates with me and supports my wellness. We all resonate and vibrate uniquely, differently. Bio-individuality. Go with what works for you.
