15 years ago today I lost one of the most precious gifts ever to be given. One that you mistakenly take for granted, one whos wisdom is non comparable, and yes, one that you dont fully appreciate until its taken away. I miss you mom, the ache is unbearable at times, but, this year as always, Im grateful to take with me-as well as teach your grandchildren-your lifes lessons. 1.) Live your life with courage and grace, especially in the face of personal challenges. And 2.) Look beyond appearances to the person underneath. Every Christmas Eve (the day of your burial) sparkles with a little extra magic, knowing that your shining your light and laughter upon us. 👼 I promise to honor you again this Christmas with all the love, laughter and silliness my crazy little family can muster! 💕
