156th AGM of the IRB. For the first time since its inception, a woman chaired. This video was taken after the AGM when we visited 29 Parnell Square, formerly Vaughans Hotel, a hub of activity, where the State was founded which was ratified in the Mansion House 21st January 1919. We commemorated former owner Tom McGuire who went to India to gather intelligence and Sam Maguire who weekly brought the intelligence from P.O. in London to Vaughans.
