15th February 2014 FORMAL COMPLAINT Order reference 00432310123 To whom it may concern, We have sent in two emails of complaint for the disgraceful service we received at Christmas and as yet we have had NO response other than conformation that you have received it. I emailed you on 23rd December 2013 and again on 28th January 2014. We pre ordered our Christmas shopping on the 9th November 2013 to collect in store between 21.30-22.00 on 23rd December 2013. I arrived in store at 21.30 and passed over my receipt but was told unfortunately the 2 x fresh vegetable selection, bread sauce and cranberry sauce and premium garnish selection were not available, the store was in chaos nobody had their full orders they could offer no alternatives, manager stated if I came back the following day he could 80% guarantee that they would be available but could not 100% guarantee it. I was so disappointed I left the store in tears with half my order. I was working Christmas Eve and everywhere was sold out we ate our Christmas dinner with frozen peas as the only vegetable and no potatoes, totally ruined our Christmas day. The most disgraceful service I have ever used and on top of that you have failed to respond to any of my emails. I have never known such a poor customer service. I would hope that you would kindly respond and ask what you will put in place next year so this does not happen again. Regards
