17 January 2015 Gaston Browne, Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda [email protected], socialtransformationantigua@gmail mnsanugov@gmail, trade.antiguabarbuda@gmail [email protected], mineducation.edwards3@gmail [email protected], [email protected] [email protected], [email protected] Prime Minister Browne, Re: immediate cessation of covert depopulation measures Antigua and Barbuda was forced into the Global Depopulation Policy by its British overlords in 1960. The country gained its independence in 1981 and abandoned covert depopulation measures in 1991 only to resume them again in 1997. As a result, the total fertility rate declined from 4.5 children per woman in 1960 to 2.1 today. You can continue to commit genocide and write your name in history as a mass murderer or you can join my effort to forge global consensus for replacement level fertility as a planetary security prerogative enshrined in international law at the global governance level. To accomplish this we need to reform the UN system along the lines I have outlined in my recently published book, The Future of Global Governance. We also need to educate the people why this is necessary and to do this governments have to confess to having employed covert depopulation measures through chemical, biological and bacteriological means since the inception of the UN in 1945. You will find all the information you need to educate your people in my freely available work: uvic.academia.edu/KevinGalalae https://youtube/channel/UCZf9rWLgwzGW34EITo0x7fA linkedin/in/kevingalalae Antigua and Barbuda is well-positioned to reform the UN since the General Assembly elected your Permanent Representative to the UN, Ambassador John Ashe, in 2013 to serve as the President of the 68th session, whose agenda is to accomplish sustainable development. There can be no sustainable development without depopulation and depopulation can no longer proceed by covert poisoning without triggering a global civil war, which is why the time has come to bring the depopulation effort out into the open and accomplish it legally, fairly and safely. I hope that you will instruct Mr. Ashe and your current Ambassador to the UN, Mr. Webson, to push for UN reform and for an international system free of genocide. I stand by to help you in any way I can. Sincerely, Kevin Galalae Center of Global Consciousness
