17. Just the Two of Us Every country that is not suffering from negative population growth should be tasked through mutual understanding and consent to implement an unforced maximum two-child policy. This should be achieved in coordination with genuine effort to bring Africa, South America and Asia out of poverty. Countries such as India and China should exercise a rational one-child policy due to them possessing very high population levels. One does understand this topic is very controversial, but I suggest the above mentioned solution not because I doubt Mother Earths ability to abundantly provide for all of humanity, but because we currently live under a utterly stupid and highly inefficient system that creates artificial scarcity and unnecessary suffering. In addition, I do not believe human beings should produce children just because they can; having a family is a sacred and highly challenging task!
