I am definitely seeing this with Gia. Her processing is getting better, she is responding quicker with conversations, she is listening more intently. Just by watching and listening to the videos she is realizing that it is FUN to communicate and share her thoughts and ideas. She feels so much more confident doing it. Today, she came down with a yellow shirt on and a red sweater and say Ta-da ! I am going to work at McDonalds today ! -At 18 years old, we are finally seeing the real Gia! He started with a rather long delay in responding and by the time he was 7, he was just about at typical.
