18th of December....आज मार्गशीर्ष शेवटचा गुरुवार. And also coincidently my Late great Fathers Birthday. Just perfect day to honor Gods and my dear Baba.. 🌟 Dum Aalu Masala..Tuvar Muthiya..White Baigan Pakode.. Green Peas Dry Fruit Kheer..Palak Daal Tadka Bhaji.. Varan-Bhaat-Tup..Chutku Roti & Boiled carrot/peas salad dressing with chat masala. My make. My click. 🌹🌷🌺🌺😇😇 Green peas dry fruit kheer🌟 grind green peas in a mixi.. in a non stick pan heat 1tbps of cow ghee and add crushed peas and kaju to it..saute well..after 2min add milk to it and let it boil once..turn off the gas...add shugar free and ilichi powder to it. Mix well.. done 😇 Dum aalu masala🌟 in a pan add 1tbps of cow ghee..add onion/garlic paste..saute well.. add tomato paste..saute well..add boiled small potatoes.. saute well...add a glass of water..finely chopped coriander..Salt to taste and tspoon of garam masala..cover the pan till aroma arise..done 😇 Tuvar Muthiya🌟grind fresh Tuvar dana with ginger garlic paste and green chillies... empty this mixture in a bowl and add chopped fresh coriander..salt..sugar..hing..lemon juice..and bhajni or aata 1 spoon as a binding agent..makemuthiya shape or your desired shape..you have to steam these for 30 minutes.. in a steamer or cooker(without whistle)... grease the plate with oil before putting it into steamer... done😇 Palak daal tadka bhaji🌟 my version is very different here as when i was making Tuvar Muthiya i used a cooker and placed 2 vessels of mithiya..but the bottom Muthiya did not go as planned and they became watery/runny so i used this mix ... in a non stick pan add 1tbps of oil.. add freshly chopped palak..peanuts boiled..saute well...add the above Muthiya mixture and tur daal(varan)..turmeric powder..add a teaspoon of sambar masala...a cup of water.. salt to taste..mix well.. cover the pan for 15min on low flame.. done😇
