Only last Saturday I was discussing with a Barrister / Counsel here in London, UK, where I am based, who maintains / runs his own chambers and I pointed out to him the issue of > Any Order Issued by any judge, who, after presiding / listening to a case / when presentation of DOCUMENTED EVIDENCE & POINTED TO THE LAW THAT RELATES / COVERS THE RELEVANT DOCUMENTS, when the judge FAILS TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION BOTH EVIDENCE & LAW, the order the judge issues is a FALSE INSTRUMENT >IN LAWbecause it lacks accountability and as such it is FOUL OF THE LAW, and, therefore because such instruments are regularly created in order to GENERATE APPEALS for the criminals who arise to judicial chair occupancy, THEN THE LAW THAT COVERS FALSE INSTRUMENT THAT ARE INTENDED TO DEFRAUD THIRD PARTIES (by creating states and conditions for the legal circles to benefit from income) OUGHT (not should or could) TO BE APPLIED AND SUCH PERSONS SHOULD BE PROSECUTED AFTER DISMISSAL.
