1928. This was the last postcard I needed to complete(?) my set of photos taken from the roof of the Ballentine Building. Of the 5 known photos, this was the only one taken by someone other than A.M. Bauer. Bob Moen was a photographer whos name didnt disappear from downtown LaCrosse until the Great Recession a few years back. Judging by the match, I think he had a 1920 Bauer postcard in hand when he took this:
