#1941 Work ex: 33 months Experience Description: is one murder allowed in our country coz i swear i want to bring hell out of my manager. TCS Advantage: it gives you time to realize your dreams by being on bench or do more shitty things which u did in your engg days and miss them now. Y m so happy now: resigned from TCS a month back for higher studies. I was on bench for only a month when I got a call in November from my current manager for a new project starting from scratch. I was also looking for a project to save the financial year and get a BAND. This m*** f***r (read manager) told me to go to onsite for KT and made the whole process look so urgent that I readily agreed and said no to other project calls. Then came the time of things getting delayed and finally the project started in April (yes you read it right-in next financial year and guess what there was no onsite- DOOMED). Still we all worked very hard throughout the year and then came the time of final appraisal. Expectations (E) of team members and final outcome (O): 1. Team Lead working with the manager for last three years. (E-A, O-C) 2. Two team members. (E-B, O-C) 3. Two other team members. (E-C, O-C) 4. Me (E-C, O-D) My Curious case of D BAND: This m** f***r once saw me filling MBA form on my seat and since then his attitude towards me changed. He did not evaluate me on my work but on the fact that I was going to leave the project. REST IS HISTORY. PS: most memorable moment in TCS - smoking in the washroom area :P
