1970s Buggy Race Set. Made in Japan. Sold by Sears. Cool little racing set. All Parts are complete and mint condition! No cracks or chips. This set uses the little hand cranks to operate the elevator to get your car to the top of the track. Gravity brings them down. Each track has a working lap counter and the timer on top works too! Each car does 3 flipovers at the beginning.. and one track makes them do a wheelie, then the zig zag (red) track makes them turn around backwards and then frontwards again. I used pledge furniture polish on the tracks to make them go really well. We had fun testing this one. Works great! Listed on Vehicles page. timewarptoys/vehicles.htm#1970s
