1978 puch pinto 2. Fresh 70cc kit, larger carb, race pan, Montana green spray paint(not the best job) fresh tires and tubes. Ebr forks, adjustable forks, clubman bars. Tuned and ready mechanically. What it needs: headlight glass/bulbs. I have the bucket mounted and wires all ready for install. Also needs a new headset, when I swapped the forks I kept the original headset. Headset cost $15 bucks. You can cruise around with it but eventually you need to address this. This is classified under a moped, not scooter. So registration is a 1 time fee of $19-21 bucks for life. No reg stickers or anything. You can ride this in the bike lane and pedal if you wanted. Last photo is the most current front end(just got done a few min ago with the ears and bucket)
