1986 baby Uganda was born by NRA. I believe Ugandans had suffered enough bruise physically & mentally. Therefore, we needed a tolerant, pampering & understanding leader! For all the 28 years everything has been compromised, tolerated, pampered even when not due! But as a reminder too much freedom characterised by pampering, over tolerance, ect spoilt Roman Empire!
