1990 Alfa 5th wheel travel trailer 40` 2 slide outs. clean & clear title, solid floors. needs immediate repairs on front left roof seam, very front exterior panel and also needs same front room interior wall & ceiling repair first/same time. Rest of travel trailer in fair condition needing cleanup and minor repairs. Tire was removed to level. I haven’t hooked up utilities etc .. so unsure of electrical, plumbing and appliance condition. Selling as-is to be moved. Has 2 small propane tanks, Needs 2-12v batteries for slide outs. Furniture goes with it if you want it. Asking $2500.00 cash or $2500.00 trade-in value of vehicle or equipment. Vehicle can be anything from gas saver car or truck to work truck, hot rod, muscle car, project etc.. or will consider equipment, trailers, bumper pull campers. No guns.
