1997 Mercedes Benz E420 $500. Please read entire post before responding. First off sorry I did not sell last time I wanted a mechanic to look at it to list all the problems. Never happend because I lost the key. Heres the deal. Tags are expired. The converter makes a rattle noise but was told its not that big of a deal right now. If its the converter its around $100 from what I saw online. The car dies on me once in a while but starts right back up. It does show a battery charge light with the battery symbol? Maybe needs a new battery I dunno? Light comes on says ASR skid control researched online and it says alternator but had someone test my alternator and its not that. Again who ever wanna buy come tomorrow bring a locksmith get the car open and first $500 takes it. Either have someone bring a tow truck or maybe locksmith can make another key. Car still runs just needs some work !!! Strip it down sell for parts you get more for the parts do what you want.
