19JUL1864: The ONE THING the fore-fathers of the 13 Independent - TopicsExpress

19JUL1864: The ONE THING the fore-fathers of the 13 Independent States wanted to ensure when uniting in a federation … was to ENSURE that the Federal US Government did NOT, under any circumstances, subsidize, influence or participate in private business. This is the “anti-mercantilist” aspect of our thinking and undergirds our US Constitution. Lincoln is one of the first US Presidents to blatantly ignore this principle. His aim and goal is to become a future millionaire by using his authority as the US President to not just subsidize private railroads … but to dictate their routes past lands that he would purchase … their only value coming by virtue of the nearby railroad. Thus the Trans-Continental railroad project has become his pet baby, and he has carefully dictated its route … SINCE … the US Federal Govt has funded part of it. He is the executive, and therefore he speaks in these decisions for the US Govt. This is EXACTLY WHY our fore-fathers sought to prevent this. Such corruption is tyrannical and destroys the efforts and businesses of private citizens, investors, and corporations. Today … in an act of sheer tyranny and corruption … President Lincoln names three members of board of directors of Union Pacific Railroad and Telegraph Company. MG Sherman is eager to rape and pillage Atlanta, and destroy the lives of all Americans there. To this end, he directs his Super-Army to split back into three. The US Army of the Cumberland [MG “Traitor” Thomas”] is to come from the north. The US Army of the Tennessee [MG McPherson] is to come via Decatur. The US Army of the Ohio [MG Schofield] is to come from the east. MG Sherman writes that there is “such feeble resistance that I really thought the enemy intended to evacuate the place.” LTG Grant sends a telegram instructing MG Sherman to watch MajGen Nathan B. Forrest, and to not allow Forrest to gather strength and move in to middle Tennessee in his rear … just like Grant mistakenly has allowed General Lee to do with LtGen Jubal Early. Meanwhile, rumors have emerged among the Blue Devils that LtGen Hood has taken over the Freedom Fighters of the CS Army of Tennessee … and General Joe Johnston has been dismissed. Concerning LtGen Early and the Mighty Men of the 2nd Corps, ANV: Despite being outnumbered by three other US Army corps’ he has done well fending off the miscreant war-criminals. Encamped at Berryville, Virginia, he has been attacked via Snicker’s Gap on one flank … and is attacked again via Ashby Gap on his right flank. But his position remains tenuous, so he decides to move west to the Valley Pike at Winchester, Virginia, and then southward toward Strasburg, Virginia.
