(1JN.3:1) Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. What an honor it is for the people of God to be called the sons of God. It shows us the type of love that he has for each of us. Sometimes the children of God may get discouraged, and even look down on ourselves. We really need to know how much we are loved. God wants us to know how much we are loved! The world will not show us this type of love, it takes the love of the Father. The world doesnt know or love him, so we will not be loved of the world. If people really knew what this love feels like, they would come out of the world and come to the love of the Father. Behold, what manner of love! What love? Simply put in the most popular verse in the Bible(JN3:16) For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Child of God, you are loved! The world may not show love, but God has showed to us the greatest love of all. And if you do not know this love, Jesus said whosoever will! Come to Jesus, and find the greatest love you could ever know. Be called his child, and have this great love bestowed upon you. Nothing in this world can compare to the love of God!
