1STOP-Fitness team hopes that everyone is having a great Sunday! We are introducing a new class tomorrow at 6pm! Fitness Fundamentals This class uses a variety of tools that improves body composition while enhancing performance in lifestyle activities. Challenge your coordination while decreasing body fat, increasing muscle mass, stamina and endurance. Cameron will help you learn the movements, practice proper form and adapt the exercises appropriately to fit your current fitness level. The class’ focus covers three, 15-minute blocks: • Block 1: Full-body Warm-up: If youre fit, but cant move well this will do the trick by using bodyweight exercises to teach the body to wake up and prepare itself for exercise • Block 2: Full-body Conditioning: Learn to move the body with new motions. For example, at the kickboxing station you’ll learn upper- and lower-body techniques to receive the physical conditioning benefits associated with being in fighting shape. • Block 3: Torso Conditioning: Sculpt and flatten your midsection with exercises that will develop better balance, strength, and coordination. Fitness Level: This class is for the beginner and intermediate levels 8:15 am Mommy and child 7pm Stretch and meditation All classes on Monday are only $5!
