1st Conference of Makkah Al-Mukarramah on Establishing Muslim World League In Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the First Makkah Al-Mukarramah Conference was held and attended by a number of Muslim scholars , leaders and intellectuals. At the end of the Conference, the participants decided to establish an International Islamic Popular Body that takes Makkah Al-Mukarramah as its permanent seat (Secretariat General), and it was called Muslim World League; and that its Constituent Council was composed of senior Muslim scholars and intellectuals who nurture the seed of Islamic solidarity, convey and disseminate the message of Islam the world.
